Med Surg​/Ortho RN - Per Diem

Role:

Provides direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in a Med Surg unit, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.

Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, participates in safety and quality initiatives, develops and documents individualized care plans, and assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Ensures effective communication across care teams and maintains a safe working environment.

Requires a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree, active RN license, and preferably a Bachelor's Degree with less than two years of experience. Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and professionalism.
