Position Type:

* Full-time: a minimum of 30 hours each week

* Part-time: a minimum of 15 hours each week and less than 30 hours each week

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate warm hospitality through a smile, eye contact, and pleasant conversation

* Make Emotional Connections with Guests

* Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of Chick-fil-A Blue Springs

* Multitask quickly yet thoroughly

* Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic

* Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Minimum age: 16

* Cheerful and positive attitude

* Loves serving and helping others

* Customer service oriented

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Detail-oriented

* Able to multi-task

* Works well independently as well as with a team

* Able and willing to work a flexible schedule

* Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds when needed

* Able to stand for long periods of time
