Provide a positive representation of Ace Hardware and proactively assist customers;
Greet customers entering and throughout the store and deliver personalized service;
Assist with receiving, checking in and stocking of merchandise throughout the store;
Maintain back stock levels and ensure a clean, orderly sales floor and merchandise presentation (including end caps and signage);
Participate in store merchandise resets and communicate ideas to the General Manager
