Full-Time Fulfillment Associate

Kohl's Department Stores is hiring a Full-Time Fulfillment Associate to support omnichannel retail operations. In this role, you'll process online and in-store orders, pick, pack, and stage merchandise, and ensure accurate, timely shipment to customers. You'll manage backroom and sales-floor inventory, follow safety and loss-prevention procedures, and use handheld devices and POS systems to track stock. Working closely with store and logistics teams, you'll help keep merchandise organized, support excellent customer service, and contribute to Kohl's inclusive, team-oriented culture with training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill online and in-store orders accurately and on time
• Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment or pickup
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales-floor inventory levels
• Use POS and handheld devices to track inventory and orders
• Follow safety, loss-prevention, and quality standards
• Collaborate with store, logistics, and customer service teams
• Support merchandising and replenishment on the sales floor
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damages
