• Utilize various prospecting techniques to attract Medicare Beneficiaries to Senior Benefit Services
• Present insurance solutions to prospects and clients to ensure seniors have the proper insurance coverage
• Shadow various insurance agents to learn selling techniques
• Learn how to run and manage your own business in all areas, including sales, marketing, and finances
• Help with client retention through annual reviews, engagement, and activities

• Clear, professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Lively & engaged team player
• Obtain a Health and Life Insurance License by April 1, 2026
• Able to work effectively independently or in a team setting while multitasking and prioritizing projects

• Internship program begins summer of 2026
• Interns are to work 28-40 hours weekly, Monday-Friday for 10 weeks
• Hourly wage plus bonuses for appointments set and sales made
