Residential Roofing Sales Representative

Are you tired of waiting on all of your commissions? CCR Roofing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our residential products and services to potential clients. Your ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate the value of our offerings will be key to your success.

This position requires a proactive approach to lead generation and the ability to close sales in a competitive market. Initial commissions paid at sale and not all at the end. CCR's Production Team handles ordering, scheduling and project management to free you up for more sales!

Duties

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and present tailored solutions.
• Utilize CRM for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting sales activities.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Engage in direct sales activities, including upselling additional products or services during consultations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for lead generation and business development.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
• Attend trade shows, community events, and other networking opportunities to promote our brand.

Skills

• Door to door sales and in person sales preferred
• Residential Steep Slope Roofing and Product knowledge preferred
• Experience in business development within the residential sales sectors is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in direct sales with a focus on upselling techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
• A self-starter who thrives in an outside sales environment and is comfortable working independently.
• Ability to access roofs and handle ladders
