Associate Sales Representative – Sustainability Solutions

• Educate hospital staff on the environmental and financial benefits of reprocessing programs
• Assist Regional Manager and Strategic Sales team by identifying growth opportunities and collaborating on strategic plans
• Provide in-service training for healthcare facility staff across multiple shifts
• Analyze device usage and collection trends to develop actionable customer engagement and sales strategies
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and proactively address customer needs
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement programs and execute contracts
• Track collection compliance, sales performance, and customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer concerns and drive program improvements
• Travel throughout the Michigan territory, including travel in Ohio

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required
• Demonstrated record of performance and achievement in academic or professional settings
• 0–2 years of prior sales or sales support experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with hospital operations or a healthcare setting
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and drive insights
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to travel 80–100 miles per day within the territory
• Willingness to use PPE such as masks, gloves, and gowns in hospital environments
• Travel throughout the territory is required
• Employees and new hires in sales and field roles may be required to obtain COVID-19 vaccination depending on customer requirements
