Territory Sales Manager

Jackson Physician Search is looking for a Territory Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to join our Chesterfield team.

In this role, you'll manage and grow a defined multi-state territory in the Midwest region, expanding existing accounts and developing new partnership opportunities with hospitals and health systems. You'll build relationships with healthcare executives, lead the full sales cycle, and represent the largest privately held permanent physician recruitment firms in the country.

• Develop new business through strategic prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and market research
• Own and grow a defined territory by building lasting relationships with hospital and healthcare executives
• Conduct in-person and virtual presentations that demonstrate the value of partnering with JPS
• Manage the full sales cycle, including identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing new business
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure an exceptional client experience
• Partner with clients to understand hiring challenges and provide consultative workforce solutions
• Consistently achieve monthly and annual performance goals
• Represent JPS at industry conferences and trade shows
• Travel 30-50% annually throughout assigned territory

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5+ years of outside B2B solution sales experience, or 3+ years of staffing sales experience
• More experienced candidates welcome to apply
• Demonstrated success prospecting, generating new business, and closing complex sales
• Confidence presenting to and building relationships with C-suite executives
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
• Stable employment history with verifiable professional references
