Socket Fiber is seeking a Field Services Technician
- Tier II to deliver expert onsite installation services for residential customers and support our fiber network. This role requires travel across service areas and working in varied conditions, including outdoor environments and bucket truck operation.
You will install and configure customer equipment, diagnose issues, complete documentation, and maintain safety protocols while providing excellent customer service in every visit.
