Intake and Assessment PRN- LPC or LCSW

Responsibilities

Three Trails Behavioral Hospital in Independence, MO is hiring a PRN Admissions and Intake Clinician.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments
• Evaluate patients for appropriate levels of care and admissions criteria
• Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments
• Coordinate and collaborate for all necessary information with physicians and other staff

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
• LCSW or LPC through the state of Missouri
• Experience in behavioral health, assessments, crisis intervention, and admissions preferred
