CPKC is seeking a Conductor to join our rail operations in the United States. The role requires safety vigilance, the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, and readiness for unscheduled, long shifts outdoors in all weather.
Conductor pathways include advancement to Yard Foreperson or Locomotive Engineer. Training spans 15 weeks with paid in-class/field components and daily pay during training. Applicants must be 18+, possess a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.
