Are you ready for a NEW CAREER with the potential to earn stable, excellent pay while gaining valuable driving experience? McKee Foods is seeking an Inexperienced CDL-A Truck Driver (0 – 6 months experience) to join our team at our Gentry, Arkansas location to cover a dedicated region consisting of the Midwestern states.

• 2 to 4 days of home time each week
• 11 years average driver tenure
• Equipment 5 years old or newer, well-maintained by dedicated on-site fleet maintenance

• Average $92,800 / year*

• Stable pay STARTING at $1,400 / week after initial training (includes delivery premium)

• Step-by-Step Pay Bumps:
  Eligible for performance-based increases as you gain experience. Each new level requires a minimum of 6 months at the previous step:

  • Step 2: $1,503 / week (eligible after 6 months at starting pay)
  • Step 3: $1,628 / week (eligible after 6 months at Step
    2)
  • Step 4: $1,691 / week (eligible after 6 months at Step
    3)

• 60+ years of profit sharing cash bonus

• Partial pay for road expenses (per diem)

• Extra trips available to increase your weekly pay

• Average 2 trips per week
• Dedicated region (typical routes include the Midwestern states)

• Current Class A CDL
• Willingness to drive team
• Ability to unload a trailer containing cases of snack cake products, regularly lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
• Ability to obtain tanker endorsement within 30 days of employment
