Package Handler

Kohl's Department Stores is hiring Package Handlers to support fast, accurate movement of merchandise within our retail distribution network. In this role, you will unload trucks, sort and scan packages, build pallets, and stage freight for store or customer delivery. You'll use handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment while following safety and quality standards. Package Handlers work as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity goals while protecting product integrity.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trailers and delivery trucks safely and efficiently
• Sort, scan, and label packages using RF/handheld scanners
• Build, wrap, and move pallets or carts for store and customer orders
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and lifting guidelines
• Maintain accurate counts and product integrity while handling merchandise
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to complete workflow priorities
• Report equipment, safety, or inventory issues promptly
• Support peak periods, extended shifts, or seasonal volume as needed
