What you'll be doing- Lead production and maintenance planning across rotary kiln operations to maximise reliability, efficiency and plant performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime, optimise production and improve asset reliability
- Manage capital improvement projects, maintenance strategies and equipment performance across the operation
- Develop site teams while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and operational excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years' experience with rotary kiln operations within a heavy industrial environment
- Strong background in preventative maintenance, reliability engineering and continuous improvement
- Proven project management and leadership experience within mining, minerals, cement, pulp and paper, or similar heavy process industries
You're an engineer with hands-on rotary kiln experience who enjoys improving plant performance and solving complex operational challenges.
