Job Summary:

Seeking a Reliability Development Engineer with experience in vehicle/system validation, durability testing, and engineering analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with simulation tools, and the ability to support testing, data analysis, and root cause investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and support reliability, durability, and validation testing.
• Perform engineering data analysis and present findings to technical teams.
• Execute vehicle, subsystem, or component validation using testing and simulation methods.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for performance issues.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain development/testing documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product reliability and durability.
• Support computational analysis and physical testing throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Skills:

• Experience with reliability testing, validation, or durability engineering.
• Strong data analysis and technical documentation skills.
• Knowledge of 3D CAD tools (CATIA or Solid Works).
• Experience with FEA tools such as Abaqus, Nastran, Hyper Mesh, ANSA, META, or LS-DYNA.
• Familiarity with data acquisition systems.
• Scripting experience using Python, MATLAB, or Java is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
