Our SAP practice helps clients modernize critical business processes through SAP S/4
HANA solutions and industry-focused transformation programs. Hitachi Digital Services combines deep functional knowledge, SAP implementation expertise, and collaborative delivery to help clients achieve successful business outcomes. Our consultants work closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support. You will join a team that values hands-on expertise, strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical SAP solutions while working effectively across onsite and remote delivery environments.
We are seeking an SAP S/4
HANA Sales & Customer Fulfillment Functional SME to support Order-to-Cash solution design and implementation. You will work directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze processes, configure SAP S/4
HANA Sales and Distribution functionality, develop and validate solution options, support testing, resolve defects, and assist with deployment activities. The role requires strong hands-on SAP SD knowledge across the complete Order-to-Cash lifecycle and the ability to collaborate effectively with functional, technical, onsite, and offshore teams. This is a national role, and candidates may be based anywhere in the United States; however, candidates located in Ohio, particularly the Columbus metropolitan area, are strongly preferred.
- 5–10 years of SAP experience with strong SAP S/4
HANA Sales and Distribution/Order-to-Cash experience. - Hands-on configuration experience across sales organization structures, quotations, contracts, sales master data, pricing, sales orders, ATP, delivery, shipping, and billing.
- Experience supporting sales processes across channels such as eCommerce and EDI.
- Knowledge of SAP SD integration with other SAP logistics modules.
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications supporting Order-to-Cash processes.
- Experience supporting requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing consulting skills.
- Experience working successfully with onsite and offshore delivery teams.
- Bachelor's degree and ability to travel approximately 80% throughout the United States.
- SAP S/4
HANA certification is recommended, but not required.
