Alorica is seeking a seasoned operations leader to manage performance against client requirements at our Bluefield, WV centers. You will supervise teams, oversee training and development, ensure client expectations are met, and manage budgeting for the operations division.
You will drive process improvements, monitor key metrics, and maintain strong communication across staff and leadership to deliver results. A Bachelor’s degree and extensive frontline leadership experience are preferred.
