Position Overview

We are looking for a full‑time retail store manager who will lead a team of 8-20 associates, including 3-4 management members, to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales, loyalty, and talent goals.

• Inspire and direct a customer‑obsessed team to achieve sales, loyalty, and talent objectives.
• Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training and retention.
• Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation and sound operational practices, and manage store expenses.
• Connect with the community to increase awareness.
• Drive new ideas, share information, and create solutions.

• Previous management experience – required.
• Specialty retail store management experience – preferred.
• Proven ability to identify and develop talent and influence a positive team atmosphere.
• Ability to make sound decisions, take action, and achieve results.
• Computer proficiency – necessary.
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours.
