Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, showing compassion and care, and resolving service issues;
Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist with locating items;
Accurately process cashier transactions including cash, checks, and credit cards following policies;
Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and managing inventory as directed by store manager;
Support opening and closing store activities and assist various departments including photo and beauty;
Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and participate in growth opportunities in the pharmacy;
Advocate for CVS services and loyalty programs to support customer health
