Internet Sales Specialist

Overview

Bill Cole Automall is looking for competitive, motivated, team-driven professionals to join the Bill Cole family in a full-time capacity as an Automotive Internet Sales Specialist. This position is not remote; candidates are expected to be on campus daily at the Bluefield, WV location.

• Will handle all incoming internet, email, social media, text, chat and phone inquiries
• Will respond to inquiries in a prompt, professional, well-spoken manner
• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
• Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
• Collaborate with all Sales and Management staff to obtain customer satisfaction during the dealership experience

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be available to work Monday through Sunday from 8:30am to 7:00pm, or any variation during open business hours
• Must have the ability to adhere to attendance guidelines; regular attendance is an essential job function
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus
• Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
• Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Must be able to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license
