Speech Evaluation Agreement

Successful applicant agrees to provide speech evaluations for students as assigned by the Mercer County Board of Education. Each evaluation shall include all required assessment activities, documentation, and the completed written evaluation report to be provided for the EC/IEP meeting prior to the established deadline, as required by Mercer County Schools and applicable laws and regulations. The Mercer County Board of Education agrees to pay the successful applicant $125.00 for each completed speech evaluation.

A speech evaluation is considered complete when all required assessment components and the written evaluation report have been submitted and accepted by the Mercer County Board of Education. The successful applicant acknowledges and agrees that no mileage reimbursement or travel-related expenses will be provided under this Agreement. The compensation stated above constitutes full payment for the services performed. This contract is only valid for the contract year it is approved in and will expire June 30 of that year.
