• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy changes, and billing.
• Handle inbound calls and correspondence with professionalism and care.
• Find solutions proactively — don’t just answer questions, anticipate them.
• Collaborate with the team to make sure every client gets the right outcome.
• Stay current on products, carriers, and coverage options.

• Prior customer service or insurance experience preferred — but we’ll train the right person.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
• Proactive attitude and genuine desire to help people.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
