MC - Up to $19.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Manage work orders in a timely manner and adhere to a preventative maintenance schedule;
Perform light electrical and plumbing tasks (e.g., changing outlets, unclogging sinks);
Prepare rooms for housekeeping by removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs;
Maintain and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools; place orders to management;
Follow property emergency procedures to ensure guest security
