Capabilities- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
- Manage day‑to‑day configuration and operation of client/server, storage, network devices and mobile devices.
- Support system operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all devices.
- Manage escalation and communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
- Configure and manage UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems, install and maintain software, and implement enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
- Support design of systems, mission architecture, and associated hardware.
- Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications and software integration.
- Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets.
- Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform capacity analysis and planning.
- Possess a working knowledge and understanding of system administration interdependencies as part of the Service‑Oriented Architecture.
- Support dispatch system and participate in hardware problem resolution.
- TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph clearance.
- Ten (10) years’ experience as a Senior Analyst in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university, or five (5) years of additional Senior Analyst experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
- Automatic 20% contribution to a Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) IRA, fully vested from day one.

$49.25 – $118.30 per hour (pre‑benefit amount). Compensation may vary based on government contract rates, education, experience, certifications, and geographic location.
