• Maintenance of ongoing reporting and planning tools
• Assistance in materials, purchasing and inventory planning
• Designing and implementing methods to gather and manage supply chain data
• Establish, maintain KPIs relating to planning and forecasting
• Evaluating supply chain specific processes, anticipating business requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings

• A bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Minimum 2-4 years working experience in supply chain activities and inventory management required; general understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook; experience in gathering, modeling and analyzing supply chain data
• A track record of following through on commitments
• Drive for excellence in accuracy and attention to detail
• Advanced communication skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to produce solutions

• Hybrid work schedule, required to be present in office majority of days each week
• Open office environment
• Evening and weekend work as job duties demand
• Occasionally requires lifting up to 50lbs as appropriate to perform duties and responsibilities
