Dean | Fluor Custodial Technician - Part Time

The Full Time Custodial Technician job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performing all labor necessary to maintain the building in a clean and orderly condition, which includes vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, emptying and disposing of trash, cleaning the bathroom, light, and other building fixtures, waxing, removing old wax, and mopping and applying an anti-static substance to carpets.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

• High School diploma coupled with two or more years of experience in custodial work.
• Must be able to achieve and maintain security clearance.
• Requires extensive walking, stooping, pushing, carrying, climbing, bending, and lifting.
• Must comply with all company policies, and procedures and adhere to company standards.

• Lifts at least 100 pounds at one time and 60 pounds for an extended period of time.
• Relocates a 12-foot stepladder without assistance.
• Works at various heights up to 60 feet and can climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, and all types of ladders.
• Walks, climbs, lifts, squats, crawls, kneels, pushes, pulls, and reaches overhead on a routine and repetitive basis.
• Possesses good vision (may be corrected vision), the ability to see in color, and the ability to hear and communicate in English.
• May use a standard ladder without exceeding the weight limit while carrying tools.
• Recognizes when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
• Applies general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
• Combines pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions.
• Sees details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
• Listens to and understands information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
