The delivery Driver is responsible to ensure that the products that we create for our customers are delivered safely and on time. As an outward-facing employee, you will be expected to exhibit professionalism and a service-oriented attitude.
The Fabricator is responsible for various jobs throughout the shop. Duties that are included in the Fabricator position could include laser/punching, bending, sanding, hardware, welding, and powder coat. As a fabrication you are expected to help in all of the areas in which you have been trained.
Delivery Driver Duties- Safely load, transport, and deliver fabricated sheet metal products to job sites and customers
- Operate company vehicles (truck/van) in compliance with all traffic and safety regulations
- Verify delivery paperwork and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries
- Secure loads properly to prevent damage during transport
- Communicate with shop staff and customers regarding delivery schedules
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Assist with sheet metal fabrication, assembly, and finishing
- Operate shop equipment such as shears, brakes, punches, saws, and hand tools (training provided if needed)
- Measure, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal components
- Help with material handling, staging jobs, and maintaining workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with general shop tasks as needed
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Basic mechanical or fabrication skills preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Experience in a fabrication shop, construction, HVAC, or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Ability to read tape measures and follow instructions accurately
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The Fabricator will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying weather/working conditions. In this position you will be expected to:
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Work a physically demanding shift of 8-10 hours per day.
Do repetitive motions for extended periods of time.
Be comfortable working on your feet for the entire shift.
