Retail Associate

We are currently looking for a Saturday-only Retail Associate for our storefront!

Jessa Kae, a rapidly growing women’s dress brand based in Bluffdale, is looking for a vibrant and fashion-forward individual to join our team. We create dresses for women of all sizes around the world and believe fashion should feel magical, inclusive, and confidence-boosting.

At Jessa Kae, we love all things whimsical, chocolate, flowers, picnics, bike rides, celebrity gossip, British romances, and of course, beautiful dresses. Our team values creativity, kindness, inclusivity, teamwork, and making women feel their absolute best.

As a Retail Associate, you’ll help create an unforgettable shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors. From styling dresses to keeping the showroom beautiful, your role will help bring the magic of Jessa Kae to life.

Please note:

we are specifically hiring for Saturdays, with occasional opportunities to cover weekday shifts if needed.

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with styling and sizing, and answering questions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment
• Process transactions accurately through Shopify POS
• Stay up to date on current styles, collections, and product knowledge
• Help steam dresses and assist with general showroom upkeep
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive environment

• Passion for fashion and love for Jessa Kae
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Dependable, punctual, and efficient
• Comfortable with computers and Shopify systems

• Local to Bluffdale or surrounding areas
• High school diploma required (college experience preferred)
• Detail-oriented and organized
