Transport Driver​/Equipment Hauler

Ridge Rock LLC is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Transport Driver to move heavy equipment, materials, and support vehicles between job sites throughout the region. This position plays a critical role in keeping our excavation, asphalt, concrete, and maintenance crews operating efficiently and on schedule.

• Safely transport heavy equipment, construction materials, and support vehicles to and from job sites.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment in compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks, trailers, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate driver logs, inspection reports, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and dispatch personnel regarding delivery schedules and equipment needs.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Assist with equipment operation and job site support when needed.
• Ensure all loads are properly secured and transported safely.

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
• Experience hauling heavy equipment, construction machinery, or oversized loads preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe transportation practices.
• Ability to operate and load various types of construction equipment.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime as project demands require.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and comply with company safety policies.
