Warehouse & Service Assistant - Bluffdale, UT
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Warehouse & Service Coordinator to support our Utah Center while assisting with daily warehouse operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient service delivery by providing administrative support, coordinating with technicians and internal teams, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to providing excellent internal and external customer service.
Pay: $22 - $24 per hour
Shift: Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm (onsite)
Duties & ResponsibilitiesService Administration:
- Support the Service Manager by reviewing open service and ATM call reports.
- Coordinate with dispatch and service technicians to ensure service calls are current and completed in a timely manner.
- Track parts availability by working closely with the Purchasing and Warehouse teams.
- Assist the Service Manager in planning and facilitating weekly service meetings and scheduling needs.
- Monitor service call completion and perform required closeout procedures.
- Communicate service status updates to customers as needed.
- Perform additional administrative and operational support duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
Warehouse Operations:
- Receive purchase orders from UPS, Fed Ex, freight carriers, and other vendors accurately and efficiently, with special attention to priority and rush orders.
- Process system receipts, inventory transfers, and communicate receiving status with internal departments and vendors.
- Stage equipment and materials for upcoming installations.
- Perform daily shipping and receiving activities.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing Team to process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with mid-year and year-end physical inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two to three years of related warehouse, service coordination, or administrative experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
