2|42 Community Church in Bluffton, Indiana, is seeking a Junior/Senior High Youth Pastor responsible for leading a dual-focused youth ministry aimed at students in grades 6–12. This role includes developing outreach initiatives, mentoring students, and equipping parents to influence their children's spiritual growth.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and teaching abilities while fostering a Christian community among youth. Regular attendance at church services and youth events is required along with participation in staff meetings.
