A growing school district in Bluffton, IN is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract position for the 25/26 school year. Qualified candidates will hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and have experience or interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations. Newly licensed Speech Language Pathologists in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are also encouraged to apply. The role involves collaboration with educators, therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide direct speech therapy services to students with diverse communication needs.
KeyQualifications
- Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC or currently in CFY

- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with school staff and families
- Commitment to a full-time position for the 2025/2026 school year
