RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

• 13-week assignment with 72 hours guaranteed bi-weekly

• Every fourth weekend required

• No call requirements

• No floating required

• Blocked scheduling available

• Every other holiday required

• Up to 48 hours RTO allowed for 13-week commitment

• Patient ratio: 1:6 for acute care, 1:10 for swing beds

• Indiana RN license required

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• PALS certification preferred

• 3 years of experience preferred

Required skills:

IV starts, nursing assessments, telemetry monitoring

• Preferred skills: ICU drips experience

• Cerner EMR experience preferred

• Navy blue scrubs required

• Must be greater than 50 miles from facility (local candidates not accepted)

• Must attach required licenses and certifications with submission

Facility:

This regional medical center is a 40-licensed bed acute care facility that includes 10 swing beds. The medical surgical unit has 20 beds with an average daily census of 10 patients. The facility provides acute care with telemetry, progressive care, and swing bed services, focusing on comprehensive medical and surgical care for the community.
