A leading industrial electric motor manufacturer in Bluffton, IN is seeking temporary production associates to support operations for the summer of 2025. Responsibilities include assembling and modifying electric motors, operating CNC equipment, and performing manual tasks. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma and strong communication skills. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred. This position will last approximately 3 months and may require lifting up to 60 lbs.
