The Hershey Company is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor at our Bluffton facility to lead sanitation programs across shifts, uphold food safety standards, and drive continuous improvement in cleaning and quality.
You will supervise sanitation team members, support certifications such as FSMA, SQF, Organic and Gluten-Free, and partner with Quality and Operations to achieve plant goals. This on-site role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and knowledge of SSOPs and 5S.
