Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) on nights shift in a medical-surgical unit offering acute care with telemetry. The facility has 40 licensed beds, including 10 swing beds, with an average daily census of 10 patients. This assignment involves caring for patients in a progressive care environment, potentially including ICU drips and nursing assessments. The role requires flexibility in scheduling with a focus on patient safety and quality care.

• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, every fourth weekend, with blocked scheduling options
• Schedule:
  
  12‑hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Indiana licensure for Registered Nurse (RN); BLS certification; ACLS preferred; 0+ years of experience; ability to start IVs, perform nursing assessments, and manage telemetry care
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience with ICU drips; familiarity with Cerner EMR; 3 years of nursing experience preferred
• Additional Information:
  The role involves working in a 40‑bed facility with an associated swing bed unit, caring for approximately 10 patients daily with patient ratios of 1 to 6 for acute care and 1 to 10 for swing beds.
