The Hershey Company is seeking a Food Safety Compliance Lead to coordinate efforts to achieve and maintain Global Food Safety Initiative certification and oversee the plant's food safety and quality program.
You will train staff, work with Manufacturing and Engineering on weight control, packaging, and incident investigations, and lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with PEP and HACCP standards across a 1st shift with flexibility for a 24/7 operation.
