Shifts:

Night shift available 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am) Working 3-4 days/week (One week: Sun, Wed, Thurs Next week: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat). This is a 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off rotation) Candidate Process:

Job Summary Responsible for performing hourly control tests, inspections of random samples of finished products, pre-operational inspections and swabbing to ensure cleanliness of lines. Essential Functions/Duties and Responsibilities Ability to check all of the following Oven exit & finishing moisture Salt contents, color, P.H. Count per pound Breakage and length Bag, label, case count and bag weight checks Metal detection checks as required Collection of samples for Micro Testing Completion of COA paperwork Pre-operational inspections of line Swabbing using ATP, Aller Snap, and Aller Flow swabs Sanitation of lab and equipment Enter test results into computer as required Adhering to all GMP's, both personal and operational Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1-3 months related experience Basic Data Entry Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure HACCP Qualified Physical Demands and Work Environment Stand, walk, climb, and reach with both hands and arms, bend and twist.
