Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee traffic, and deter unauthorized activity, loitering, and/or policy violations through visible presence;
Support loss prevention awareness by documenting incidents, communicating with site contacts and/or local responders when needed, and assisting with crowd management during busy business periods
