Class A Truck Driver

Trillium Drivers is now seeking a CDL Class A Flatbed Driver in Bluffton, IN for direct-hire!

Pay rate is $25-$28 per hour DOE, with OT after 40 hours. Schedule is Monday - Friday on 1st Shift starting between 5am-5:30am.

Position Overview:

-Primary role as a Class A Truck Driver.
-Operating an Automatic Transmission hauling building materials using a Curtainside Trailer.
-Driver is required to un/strap and secure loads.
-Unloading may be required utilizing a dolly or by hand. Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds.
-10 - 12 stops per day.

Miscellaneous:
-Product is palletized.
-Driver must be confident in their backing skills. Deliveries will be made to customer locations which can lead to tighter areas.
-Proper and thorough Pre and Post trips are crucial.
-Must be self-directed, self-motivated, confident, and decisive.

-Excellent customer service skills are a must.
-Must have knowledge of DOT regulations, Electronic Logging Devices, and Hours of Service rules.
-Driving company vehicle safely and responsibly per DOT regulations.
-Must be customer service oriented and personable.

Qualifications:

-Valid CDL Class A License.
-At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class A driving experience.
-Valid DOT Medical Card.
-Clean MVR.
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
