We're hiring CDL drivers for home daily jobs. The position offers consistent daily loads with occasional voluntary weekend work. If you are interested and qualified, let’s talk.

• HOME EVERY DAY, EVERY WEEKEND: Occasional weekend work, mostly voluntary.
• DRIVER PAY: Drivers are paid 30% of the load all in. No fuel or miscellaneous deductions.
• SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 1st shift starts as early as 3:30.
• PAID WEEKLY: Direct deposit. Drivers receive W-2 wages, not subcontractor income.
• NOTE: Yard located on the west‑central side of Fort Wayne.

• Compile any delivery‑related paperwork or reports required.
• Assure customer satisfaction by interacting politely and professionally.
• Provide reasonable flexibility to support customer service and optimize revenue.
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, and local regulations while operating trucks.
• Pay attention to safety, truck condition, and driving details.

• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• 3 years of CDL Class A driving experience and a clean driving record.
• 53' dry van experience.
• Experience driving a manual transmission.
• Meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements.

• Mechanical skills – ability to problem‑solve, perform minor repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Drivers willing to work 1st or 2nd shift for one or a few weeks as needed.
