CDL-A Truck Driver (Company Driver)

Location: Home daily within 50 miles of Fort Wayne, IN

Shift Times: 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 3 Saturdays per month, Sundays off with one full weekend off per month

Pay: $27.50 per hour; overtime after 50 hours

Annual Compensation Increase: 1 year of service: $28.18/hr, 2 years: $29.05/hr, 3 years: $30.50/hr

Requirements:

• CDL‑A tractor‑trailer license.
• Minimum 6 months verifiable OTR experience in the past year (or 3 months OTR and 3 months local within past year).
• 6 months verifiable local experience or a combination of OTR/regional/local in past year.
• Clean driving record: no more than 2 MV’s in last 2 years, no serious traffic violations in last 12 months, no more than 1 on‑road or DOT preventable loss in last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in last 5 years.
• No DUI/DWI within the past 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL‑A or CPL, no DUI/DWI within last 5 years if the offense occurred prior to obtaining a CDL‑A.
• No SAP drivers.
• Dry van operation requires a clean record.
