Controller, Accounting, Financial Compliance

I'm partnering with a growing, publicly traded, multi-location organization seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to join its corporate finance team. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity with the chance to build and develop a team while partnering closely with executive leadership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

• Lead and mentor members of the corporate accounting team.
• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and technical accounting activities.
• Support SEC reporting and complex accounting matters.
• Partner with leadership on process improvements and accounting initiatives.
• Help strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting within a multi-entity organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA preferred.
• Public accounting foundation strongly preferred.
• Experience with SEC reporting and technical accounting.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with in public company environments strongly preferred.
• Background in retail, distribution, manufacturing, consumer products, or other inventory‑intensive industries is a plus.
