May River Montessori School seeks a School Office Manager to support day-to-day administrative and front-office operations. Duties include providing administrative assistance to school leadership; serving as the primary point of contact for families, staff, and visitors; maintaining records; coordinating office activities; and facilitating routine communication within the school community.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in office or administrative support.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Montessori educational environment, including familiarity with the Montessori Method.
Experience with office software and student information systems.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Spanish-English bilingual skills preferred but not required.
