Our client is a well-established leader in outdoor living construction, serving Hilton Head, Bluffton, Savannah, and the surrounding Low country. They specialize in custom paver installations, pool decks, patios, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, fire pits, pergolas, and other luxury outdoor living spaces. - Foster a positive, accountable culture while developing strong relationships with employees, subcontractors, and clients.
- 5+ years of experience managing residential construction projects, crews, or field operations.
- Experience supervising multiple projects with quick turnaround times rather than long-term commercial builds.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate crews while holding team members accountable.
- Experience managing subcontractors, scheduling, material deliveries, and day-to-day jobsite logistics.
- Comfortable balancing office responsibilities with significant time spent in the field.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with homeowners.
