Automotive Service Coordinator$15 - $18 /Hour Based on ExperiencePrevious Customer Service, Clerical, BDC, or Dealership Experience Preferred.
A busy, well-established automotive dealership in the Hilton Head, SC area is looking for an Automotive Service Coordinatorto set up service appointments, answer inbound service calls, and, most importantly, provide excellent customer service at our busy Service Department.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming service department calls and work with vehicle owners to book appointments for vehicle services and repairs
- Answer general service questions and route calls to other staff when needed
- Manage customer created web appointments
- Work with advisors and parts to coordinate part availability for coming appointments
- Supervise lot staff to make sure adequate coverage by assigning duties as needed
- Outbound calls as directed to set appointments for recalls and parts that have arrived along with scheduling maintenance that is coming due
- Assist with other duties as needed / assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous experience in Business Development / BDC, schedule coordination, automotive service, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional, friendly demeanor and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Dependable and eager to grow within the automotive industry
