Call Center Outbound Business Account Representative

• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
• Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
• Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
• Use product expertise to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching services

• A proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
• Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
• Ability to direct conversations and close sales effectively
• 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training is required
• An Associate's degree or higher is preferred

• Experience in customer service or sales roles that involve direct communication with clients
• Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate customer engagement and relationship building
