Customer Service Representative

Howell Chase, a leading HVAC provider in the Low country and Coastal Empire, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service & Support team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling service appointments, processing orders, and providing product information for HVAC wholesale clients. You'll collaborate closely with technicians and sales staff to ensure excellent service.
