Clear Plan is hiring a Program Financial Analyst / Tool SME to support EVMS oversight and cost control for government contracts across multiple sectors. The role requires strong experience with Deltek Cobra, Oracle or Microsoft toolsets, and ability to travel 25% to client sites.
This position focuses on performance measurement, EACs, CPR/IPMR deliverables, and collaboration with program management, DCMA audits, and finance teams. U.S. Citizenship is required;
DoD clearance preferred.
