The Medical Assistant will prepare patients for their physician visit, take vitals, enter vital information into the EMR system, and assist with patient front‑desk duties, including phone calls, updating patient demographics, and delivering outstanding customer service.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Medical Assisting certificate or diploma
• Current Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant
• Computer skills
• Basic medical terminology
• Healthcare Provider CPR certification
• Training in OSHA/HIPAA compliance
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts and weekends
• Willingness to work at other centers as needed
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to reflect our mission, vision, and values through actions and conduct

• Associate’s degree in medical assisting
